BUILD STRONGER BONES

6-Week Team Training

Available in Doylestown and New Hope

Exercise is important for maintaining strong bones, but strength training has been shown to have a greater impact on bone density than other forms of exercise. 

Fall prevention exercises have proven to reduce the risk of falls, which in turn reduces the risk of fractures. This 6 week program will introduce participants to the specific type of strength training necessary to build strong bones as well as provide balance training to help prevent falls.

NEW HOPE - starting 4/22/24
MIXED LEVEL 1 & 2:  Monday at 1:00pm - with Heather
*No class 5/13 & 5/27

DOYLESTOWN - starting 5/6/24
LEVEL 1:  Monday and/or Wednesday at 1:15pm - with Casey
LEVEL 2:  Monday at 5:30pm - with Casey
LEVEL 1: Monday at 2:30pm - with Casey
*No class 5/27.
