INTRODUCTORY YOUTH
FITNESS PROGRAM

Team Training in Doylestown
June 26th - August 6th

Welcome to our youth fitness program in Doylestown designed for kids who are new to fitness!

This program is all about helping young people develop healthy habits and establish a love for fitness that will last a lifetime. Our program is tailored to meet the needs of each child, regardless of their fitness level or experience.

Our experienced coaches will work with your child to create a personalized fitness plan that takes into account their unique needs, interests, and abilities. We'll start with the basics and gradually introduce more challenging exercises as your child progresses.

Most importantly, we want your child to have fun and feel confident as they explore the world of fitness. Our program is designed to be inclusive and supportive, and we encourage kids to work together, celebrate each other's successes, and have a blast while getting fit.

So come join us and let's get moving together!  With Trainer Spencer Macquarrie. For ages 12+.

Your Choice Of Sessions:
Monday - 3pm or 5pm
Wednesday - 3pm or 5pm
Sunday - 11am or 3pm
