Are there exercises you can do in the gym to improve your golf game? Absolutely!

Swing into shape with this golf fitness workshop focusing on functional movements to improve your game. Balance, weight shifting and rotational exercises will be incorporated along with core, total body strengthening, flexibility, range of motion and power moves.

Team training rates apply. 6 - Weeks.  Space limited.
Monday, 3/25 from 2:30 - 3:30pm.
