A Small Group Training

The central focus of this NEW group team training is the rowing erg. Sessions include: a warm up consisting of rowing fundamentals & body weight exercises off the erg, rowing intervals designed to help improve technique, speed & efficiency, and off erg intervals incorporating kettle bells, dumb bells, medicine balls, & body weight exercises.

Timeslots available Wednesday and Friday, 8:00 - 9:00am or 12:00 - 1:00pm starting April 5th. Space is limited - first come, first serve.
