Beginner Tai Chi: Learn The Whole Yang 13 Posture

For beginners of all ages and abilities, or as a review for existing students, this is a 6 week introduction to the ancient Chinese martial art, exercise, and moving meditation known as T'ai Chi Chuan. Designed so that students will learn several postures each week and by week 6, perform the complete 13 posture Yang form. For students desiring to renew or continue a T’ai Chi practice, this class provides the foundation for more advanced Beginner workshops. Class may be taken more than once.  Space limited.

Beginner Tai Chi 2:  Getting More From The Yang 13 Posture Form

A continuation of "Beginner T'ai Chi" and for those who have basic familiarity with the postures of the Yang 13 Posture Form. Dig deeper into T'ai Chi principles of balance, flow, continuity, and relaxation. This 6 week workshop serves to enhance the correct movement through the transition from one posture to the next, and introduces some more advanced T’ai Chi and Qi Gong concepts and techniques. Class may be taken more than once.
