SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Starts June 27 (8 weeks) │NEW HOPE

  • Build a strength training program designed on progressions.

  • Focus on issues related to menopause (pre and post).

  • Keep a journal of all work to document progress.

  • Pre & post assessment with a Wellness Coach (using InBody composition analysis) included and schedule separately.

  • Maximum of 4 people per team/women only.
