Class Descriptions:

FUNdamentals: Let’s Get Started:  Perfect for beginners and for those who want to focus on the basics in a fun & fresh way.


FUNdamentals: Get Longer & Stronger:Take the basics up a notch with the help of straps and other FUN props. Appropriate for beginners and all levels.


Fitness Reformer Intro: This combination of simple Reformer exercises with classic dumbbell exercises activates muscles in a unique way to make you feel strong and great.


Springboards: This mat-based Pilates workout uses springs attached to a wall-mounted “Springboard” and concentrates on core strength and upper/lower body conditioning. The springs appear similar to the Reformer but the feeling is completely different. The Reformer offers support for the body while with the Springboard there is no extra support for the body. This requires core control and body strength - a reason clients love the feel factor that the Springboard offers.

Pilates Mat with Props: This dynamic fitness class combines traditional Pilates exercises with the use of various props to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning. Balls, rings, and other props add an extra dimension to the workout, challenging different muscle groups and providing assistance or resistance as needed.
